Get full refund protection against shipping delays, loss, damage, and theft.

  • Loss: Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 30-60 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages).
  • Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 10 days after scanned by carrier (30 days for international packages).
  • Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.
  • Theft (Porch piracy): Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 5 days of the carrier’s “delivered” update.
Worry-Free Delivery also includes carbon offsets for emissions in the recipient’s destination country.

IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. GARMENT WASH & CARE
Hand wash or machine wash cold on gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.

Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Iron inside-out on low heat if necessary.
Do not repair or modify distressing or raw edges.
For leather, silk, or specialty fabrics: professional dry clean only.

Store away from direct sunlight. Use padded hangers for structure; fold knits.
